Put on a Smile Company is created to reflect the aspect of “selling yourself” to people in higher status in order to have a stable position in life. The process is reversed in the sense that rather than a job market, I aimed to create a “human market place”. All individuals are shown with censored, uncared CV’s with missing information stamped (approved) by Put on A Smile Co.

To exhibit the fake CV’s, I prepared a stand that included empty CV’s to fill out, photos of the job applicants and a company business cards. I acted as the sales assistant of Put on A Smile! Co.
